Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our freshly crafted products, refunds are not available for cosmetic items.
Products customized for individual needs cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges for essential oils under the following conditions:
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • Return can be made within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
  • We are only able to offer a replacement if the item is in stock. 
  • We are unable to exchange items. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We strive to ensure that your order arrives safely and correctly. In the rare event of an issue, please review the following steps:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of receipt if the product is:
    • Damaged
    • Missing
    • Incorrect
  2. Include a photo of the product and your order details when contacting us.

Important Notes:

  • We are not liable for goods damaged in transit. However, at our discretion, we may issue a replacement. 
  • Double-check your package for smaller items that may be concealed within the protective filling.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. Here’s how you can cancel an order:

  • Same-Day Cancellations: You may cancel your order any time on the day it is placed.
  • After Dispatch: Orders canceled after being dispatched must be returned in re-saleable condition at your own shipping cost.

Refunds:

  • Small orders (1-2 items): Refunds exclude shipping costs.
  • Larger orders: A handling fee will apply to cover our shipping expenses.

Additional Guidelines

  • Processing Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return Address: Contact us for the return shipping address. Ensure all products are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
